Taihe Art Gallery

Taihe Art Gallery is founded by Mr. Jia Tingfeng, the famous Chinese art dealer and curator and the chief editor of Arts Collections. The gallery is located in the central area of 798 Art District. The space was reconstructed from aBauhaus stylelarge – span factory which built in 1950s by East Germany. The exhibition hall covers an area of 420 aquare meters, 5 meters high vertially and over 100 meters exhibition line.

Taihe Art Galley aims to spread contemporary Chinese ink art to worldwide, to build a value judgement system of contemporary ink art under a new context, and to focus on finding and spreading the artists who have indipendent spirit and originality under the precondition of persisting the root of Chinese culture. Founded in 1999 and went through 14 years, now, Taihe Art Gallery has became the bellwether of the galleries in the field of contemporary Chinese ink art, as its professional academic forward-looking and market guide. Taihe Art Gallery got the prize of Chinese Ten Integrity Galleries in 2005, the prize of Annual Best Gallery of Exhibition in 2009, and in 2013 the galley has became the first galley that Artron website do the omnibearing cooperation.
