MAG Lifestyle Development is the real estate development arm of MAG Group – one of the region’s largest corporate entities, encompassing more than 50 companies with activities spanning numerous sectors, including commercial, real estate, services, industrial, contracting, hospitality and healthcare.

MAG Lifestyle Development was established in 2003 as MAG Property Development, and the company currently owns projects across different areas in Dubai at various construction stages which include MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort, MAG EYE, MAG 318, MAG 5 Boulevard, MAG 5 Dubai South, MBL Residence, MAG 230, MAG 612, MAG 614 and ISTYLE 2 & ISTYLE 3 villas in Cyprus. The company also delivered numerous projects in the past which include its twin-tower commercial development Emirates Financial Towers- that also hosts its headquarters, MAG 5 Residences in Abu Dhabi, Al Saja’a Complex in Sharjah, Al Quoz Warehouses in Dubai, MAG 214 in JLT and MAG 218 in Dubai Marina.
